Expansion - Little 'Bowls' filled with enamel

This collection explores the spontaneity and experimental nature of  vitreous enamel.   Katie has fired layers of  different enamel into domed copper 'bowls'.  Each enamel has its own melting point and once heated the flow of enamels gives each piece a unique sense of movement.
